Roles and Responsibilities :

- Analyzing and investing in new strategic initiatives (this encompasses mergers, acquisitions, and also strategic divestitures)

- Creating forecast models and budgets to determine asset allocations and monitor the performance of the company

- Ensuring capital adequacy

- Scanning Market for Potential Acquisitions

- Transaction Management ( for primary and secondary ) with various stakeholders

- Primary fundraise initiations

- Existing investors Relations

Preferred Experience

- Buy-Side / Sell-Side experience of 2 years ( Investment banking experience / Angel networks)
