Analyst/Consultant - Predictive Analytics - CPG

We are hiring for a leading Financial KPO based at Mumbai & Gurgaon

Position :

Experience :  2-8 years experience in the analytics /data science team with CPG industry or developing analytics solution for CPG in a consulting firm

Education : Masters / MBA in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Computer science.

- Industry Expertise: Experience in Consumer Goods Industry

Role & Responsibilities :

- Development of predictive analytics, Logistic regression, Marketing Analytics models.

- Coordination with Clients and help in Designing & Implement analytic solutions.

- Developed & implemented analytics model-based solutions addressing challenges like Route Optimization, Outlet Segmentation/Churn/Cross-sell or Upsell, Revenue Optimization (Pricing, Portfolio/Assortment, Promotion), Marketing Mix Modeling etc.

- Build, implement and hand-hold client teams in various analytical and modeling initiatives

- Collaborate with project team members in writing prioritized business requirements documentation, including scope definition and statement of work

- Predictive modeling (linear regression, hierarchical models, logistic regression etc.)

- Customer segmentation and targeting, promotion effectiveness and churn prevention.

- Strong statistical analytics skills and knowledge of advanced statistical analysis tools including SAS, Python & R
