Key Responsibilities:
- Work as a Functional Consultant with clients to create Business Strategy, Process Designs, Functional requirements and drive Solution Implementation, for multi Channel Retailing.
- Project Delivery: Ensuring high quality and in-time project delivery
- Work on small to medium-size teams to deliver projects for global clients
- Independently handle project work stream, with limited supervision
- Industry Expertise: Provide industry expertise in various sub segments. Develop deep skills and experience in specialized industry offerings
- Business Development: Support efforts of Industry leads to identify and win potential opportunities for the practice
- Domain Development: Development of assets and methodologies, development of point-of-view, research or white papers, support development of marketing collateral, public speaking and publication in industry periodicals.
Key Competencies and Characteristics:
- Ability to perform in different flavors of consulting and implementation projects – For e.g. Strategy, Process design, Requirement analysis, Solution design, Value assessment and Research
- Possesses excellent communication (written and oral) skills Fluency in written and verbal English
- Excellent presentation and business proposal development skills
- Comfortable working at the highest levels of client organizations and interacting closely with the “C” level
- Comfortable functioning in a broadly positioned and highly diverse consulting firm
- Excellent team work and ability to work in distributed delivery environment
- Minimum 5 years of overall industry and/or consulting experience
- Should have worked in the Retail industry or done extensive consulting with Retail clients (preferably with large international retailers)
- Implementation experience on Hybris package solution. At least one full life cycle implementation.
- Functionally well-versed with the hybris package and broad knowledge of other packages in the industry like ATG Commerce, IBM WebSphere Commerce, Sterling DOM (Distributed Order Management), etc.
Business Process Re-engineering and Functional Design for at least 3 of following functions:
- Order Capture
- Catalog Management
- Order Fulfillment
- Inventory Management
- Content Management
- e-Marketing
- Customer Services
- Payment, Tax, Finance
- Reporting
- Experience on at least 2 of the following channels:
- Web commerce
- Stores
- Catalog
- Mobile Commerce
- Should be skilled in using MS Excel, MS Access and MS PowerPoint
- Should have an MBA from a reputed institution
- Should have managed small teams and project deliveries
