Job Description

- Valuation and risk assessment of investment portfolios (commercial & residential mortgages,credit derivatives).

- Assistance to clients in developing action strategies to address balance sheet challenges of capital markets nature.

- Underwriting & valuation - Performance analysis of US/European RE Loans.

- Structured Finance Securities - Data extraction from prospectus and trustee websites and updation of database.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- MBA (Finance), 2012 passed out from reputed institute with comprehensive knowledge of financial concepts.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Capable of performing basic mortgage calculations.
