Responsibilities of Business Finance:

The business finance team will partner with the internal business stakeholders and will drive decision support on finance issues. The primary purpose of the team is as follows:

- Business performance reporting: Develop reporting and dashboards of business performance metrics appropriate to the different audience

- Data analytics: Generate actionable insights on the basis of historical trend analysis, variance from plan, and deep dive of business key performance indicators

- Finance business partnering: Partner with the business stakeholders to identify, develop and implement action plans to improve financial performance

- Build financial models, conduct sensitivity analysis, and leverage other financial methodologies to drive commercial finance decision making

- Co-own the TMRW planning and budgeting process along with the FP&A team

What will the Business finance analyst do?

We are looking to hire a few analysts in the Business finance team at TMRW. The business finance analyst will be responsible for Data analytics and business performance reporting at TMRW.

Your key deliverable will be:

- Data crunching: Download data from multiple sources and create dashboards

- Cleanse and analyze business performance and financial data to come up with actionable business insights and recommendations

- Develop reporting and dashboards of business and financial performance metrics for the finance leadership team at TMRW

- Build, maintain and improve data analysis models that help the senior management track their business performance and take strategic decisions

- Work on Excel, Google sheets, SQL, and a few BI tools, based on the specific business problems

- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reporting

Ideal candidate attributes and experience:

- Graduate/ MBA from tier 2 colleges/ CA with 1-2 years of experience in similar roles

- Strong excel skills and ability to build dynamic models

- Knowledge of SQL, and BI tools (Power BI/ Tableau, etc) would be a bonus
