About our Client: Our client is a leading banking institution with rapid expansion of their operations in Indian market. As a part of migration of value added work from the US, UK, Europe and financial center in APAC they are looking for an experienced professional to join their team to drive continuous growth in Analytics center based in Delhi NCR.

Job Description: As a successful applicant, your responsibilities will include:

- Conduct analysis to determine the availability, primary source and appropriateness of data sources used for the review, validation, and recalibration of models in accordance with the team's detailed work plan.

- Assimilation of data requirements from a variety of stakeholders, e.g. data attribute definitions, source system feeds and interface design, frequency of uploads, use of mapping tables, business rules to ensure quality control, interpolation, exception reporting, etc.

- Design database schemas to support efficient data storage and retrieval using a standard relational database approach.

- Analyze and design SAS solutions to meet the requirements for complex data processing as part of a quantitative model.

- Construct historical time series used for model development.

- Produce all management information related to models.

- Support operational batch processing and exception reporting of models.

- Support model annual reviews and re-development, where required.

The Successful Candidate:

- As a successful applicant, you have strong knowledge of SAS (SAS Base, SAS Enterprise Guide, SAS Macro), SQL (Tera data), VBA.

- You are a clear communicator who is able to translate technical requirements into Simple Business Language.

- You are familiar with financial solution packages like SAP BW, Cognos etc.

- You have over 4 years of relevant experience in within the data analytics domain with focus on banking/financial industry.

- Prior experience within the wholesale domain is an added advantage.
