One of our clients which is a leading Consumer Healthcare firm is looking to hire a grade from TIER1 colleges for their marketing research function.
Responsibilities :
- Market Intelligence - Maintain constant touch with the market to understand retail trends and competitor activities to observe and evaluate execution of plans vis-a-vis competition. Analysis, evaluation & presentation of all data related to the brand & category to gain insight of market realities.
- Extensive market visits to gather market intelligence from Trade and consumer perspective.
- Liaison with Trade Marketing and sales team to conceptualise and execute multi local plans to increase brand salience and visibility.
- New Product Development - Analyze market research for qualitative or quantitative parameters to identify opportunities in brand portfolio and recommending product innovations, new brand/line extensions, seeking approvals and assisting in market launch to expand the brand portfolio, market share & profits.
- Consumer Insight - Conduct intense consumer research directly and through third party to constantly generate insights that can be applied to creative campaigns, product ideas or even on-ground changes
- Liaison with Internal stakeholders (sales force, Industrial Affairs, Regulatory, Medical etc.) and External stakeholders (Creative, Media, Social Media agencies, other Vendors) to ensure timely execution of New Product Development projects. Develop, execute and monitor business plan for the same
