Innovation Consulting Firm Seeks Exceptional Candidates  Innovation strategy firm seeks talented individuals for analyst, senior associate and manager level positions.   You will work on cutting-edge topics related to growth strategy and innovation. Your work will be across sectors and with a variety of clients - from multinationals to startups.  Your work will involve:  - Learning frameworks, techniques and methodologies in innovation strategy   - Gaining deep understanding of customer needs via specialized frameworks and methodology   - Performing business research, product research, competitor analysis  - Analysis of business processes, benchmarking, trend analysis   - Working in tandem with experienced innovation strategy leader to create business solutions   Your past experience could be in innovation, new venture creation, marketing, strategy or operations consulting. More than your background, you should be someone who is passionate about business and thinks in terms of what works, how and why in terms of an entire business model.  The person we are looking for is someone who:   - Has the smarts to pick up the basics about any new function, industry or sector. And then knows to build on that through deeper work and experience.  - Is comfortable enough with data and numbers to know what they are saying. Is smart enough to see through them, when necessary  - Is presentable and has excellent communication skills. Can be called upon to address a group of senior executives if needed.  - Can work independently as well as in a team, who will not back down from owning a difficult task, even if the odds of failure are high.  - Can switch smartly between desk based research and gaining insights by meeting customers in the real world.   - Will take pride in their work and output, rather than see their professional life as a 9-5 gig in return for a paycheck.  You are unlikely to fit this role if you:  - Work in a narrow role in a large company (especially in IT or finance)  - Prefer to work on clearly defined tasks within the safety of a large team  - Come from an environment where spending lots of time in the canteen or leaving at 4:30pm to "beat the traffic" is the norm  - Confuse career growth with hopping jobs every 1-2 years   - For the right person, opportunities exist for rapid career growth. Compensation will be in line with credentials.   Primarily looking for candidates in / willing to relocate to Bangalore, but will consider exceptional candidates in Mumbai or NCR as well.
