Experience: 2-3 Years RELEVANT experience in Equity, Investment Banking,M&A.

Job Purpose:

Working with the team and supporting the team in research, financial modelling, power point pitches, industry research. etc., for deals.

Job Profile:

- Leading end-to-end execution of M&A and Capital Raising transactions

- Management of key client relationships

- Augmenting distribution reach for syndication process

- Deal origination

- Coordinate and lead sector research
