Analyst/Associate - Global Markets - Prime Product Management

Position Specifications:

Corporate Title : Analyst / Associate

Experience : 3 - 10 years

Qualification : Post Graduate preferably MBA, CA, CFA

Role & Responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities for the roles within the Prime Product Management Team would include:

- Independently drive implementation of large programs for the Prime business. Own and lead workstreams in business transformation projects.

- Work closely with all stakeholders, external vendors and other product managers across the regions on various projects pertaining to Cash PB, Synthetics and Equity Finance.

- Liaise with Traders, Client services, Operations, Middle office, IT, Risk, Product control and other stakeholders to draft business requirement documents.

- Coordinate and oversee execution of a project from start to end.

- Coordinate and assist with the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and project Go lives.

- Document process flows, business requirements and Project plans.

- Conducting meetings pertaining to the project with the business and stakeholders.

Mandatory:

- Knowledge of various Capital markets products including Equities, Fixed income, FnO, OTC Derivatives.

- Strong logical, analytical and problem solving skills.

- Good communication skills.

- Self-starter and ability to multitask and meet various deadlines.

- Understands Trade cycles and Project life cycles.

- Experience of writing Business Requirement Docs, Conducting UAT's and drawing up project plans

- A high level of attention to detail, to maintain the high level of accuracy required to complete tasks.

- Strong team player, a quick learner and willing to put extra effort to build stakeholder relations and garner business knowledge.

Desired:

- Subject matter expertise in one or multiple areas in Prime Brokerage.

- Experience in working on tools like Confluence, JIRA
