Designation: Analyst/Associate -Debt Restructuring

Experience : 3-5 Years

Location: Mumbai

Qualification: MBA-Finance / CA

Job Responsibilities:

- Debt Restructuring

- Developing and maintaining senior relationships & coordinating with Stress Funds for sale of stressed portfolio of various Banks

- Develop Financial Model & based on realistic cash flow identifying the best possible Debt Resolution under RBI

- Preparation of Proposed Debt Resolution Plan, Information Memorandum (IM), study to establish the viability of the Company operation's after implementation of the proposed Debt Resolution Plan

- Meeting at various level of Bank's / Financial Institution's to complete the implementation of proposed Debt Resolution Plan. It includes preparation of appropriate Power Point Presentation for the said meetings.
