Job Title: Accounts and Reporting Analyst

Location: Banaglore

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts and Reporting Analyst to manage financial reporting, data analysis, and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in financial accounting, reporting, and data interpretation, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, analyze, and maintain financial reports, statements, and reconciliations

- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting

- Maintain general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy in transactions and journal entries

- Monitor and analyze key financial metrics, variances, and trends to support decision-making

- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and financial models for senior management

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for audit support and financial reviews

- Assist in cost analysis, expense tracking, and profitability assessments

- Work with finance teams to improve reporting accuracy and automation of financial processes

Required Skills & Experience:

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance

- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally), and financial reporting tools

- Experience in financial data analysis and visualization

- Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other taxation regulations

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with large datasets

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and numerical abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

- CA / MBA Finance / M.Com / B.Com or equivalent qualification

- Experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A)

- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools
