Analysis Manager - Retail Analytics - Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, maintain & deliver product-based data science solutions such as algorithms, dashboards etc.

- Develop program goals and strategies, prioritise initiatives and activities for program delivery according to the strategic roadmap

- Engage regularly with senior leadership to review analytics strategic direction

- Proactively influence the innovation culture with focus on emerging technologies / trends such as AI/ML

- Efficient handling and analysis of large datasets using various tools (SQL, Excel, Python as desired)

- Must be a self-starter, able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, own deliverables end to end, prioritize workload effectively and thrive in dynamic environment

- Must be a problem solver with outstanding skills in discovering techniques and proven abilities to translate the underlying business needs into actionable insights

- Works well under pressure, can work within stringent timelines and collaborate with teams to achieve results

- Lead and manage the analytics team

Desired Profile :

- Bachelor's in engineering, Math, Statistics or related discipline from a reputed institute

- Should have relevant experience of 5-8 years in the field of analytics

- A strong technical background (SQL, Advance Excel, SAS / Python / R) and a view of best practice at an enterprise level. SQL coding knowledge is a must.

- Strong data visualizations and storytelling capabilities. Experience of working on data visualizations tools such as Tableau, QlikView, Power BI etc.

- A passion for analytics and AI, with the ability to adapt technologies to suit the business context of ClicFlyer

- Experience and success in leading, managing and developing teams

- Penchant for business, curiosity about numbers and persistent to work with data to generate insights

- Provides customized knowledge for client work, prepares accurate, well developed client deliverables

- Experience in App Analytics would be preferred

- Experience with E-commerce, Retail business would be preferred
