Title: Analysis Director – Comms & Media team

Location: Gurgaon, India

We are looking for an “Analysis Director” position candidates for our client company who is the leader in personalizing the world’s experience of retailers and brands. Our client uses its insight to improve customers’ retail and brand experience to earn their lifetime loyalty.

Client is employing more than 2000 people in 33 offices in Europe, Asia and the Americas. Our client company serves most prestigious list of retailers and most major manufacturers globally. Our client is an Industry Leader in targeted communications to retail customers.

- Incumbent should have 8+ years of experience in retail consulting or analytics within a relevant business sector with minimum 3 – 4 years team management experience.

- He should have excellent understanding of analytical solutions and their commercial impact on client decision making process. He should have ability to quickly build credibility as an expert in targeted communications and media measurement. It is preferable to have hands-on experience in SAS or SQL and background in Statistics/ Economics would be a plus.

- The person in this role would be an expert in developing targeted communication strategies and solutions to drive their adoption by retailers and manufacturers. He would lead analysis work to deliver targeted communications and campaigns, solution development to keep them state-of-the-art and integrated with best practice in the organization and conduct analysis to understand how their communications impact customer behavior and loyalty as well as build brand value.

- He will lead a team in India who work with client-facing teams to deliver and evaluate targeted communications for various purposes using a variety of channels. The person will work closely with the capability leader in India to take the Comms & Media capability further. The person will also collaborate with regional heads of Comms & Media for a client account as well as peers in India leading Comms & Media work for other teams to bring best practice to our clients.
