Role Overview:.
We are seeking a GTM Engineer to spearhead our marketing operations and drive inbound lead generation for high-value B2B deals (USD $250K+).
In this role, you will combine marketing automation expertise, data-driven decision-making, and creative experimentation to build a scalable pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.
You'll be responsible for setting up and optimizing platforms like Demandbase, 6sense, and Clay, running A/B tests on campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and continually refining our channels and messaging to maximize revenue impact.
This position sits at the intersection of marketing and technology, offering a unique opportunity to influence go-to-market strategy in a high-ticket enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Tech Stack Management: Implement, configure, and maintain marketing operations platforms (e.g, Demandbase, 6sense, Clay) to attract, enrich, and capture qualified inbound leads.
- Ensure these tools are integrated seamlessly with our CRM and other systems.
- Account & Intent-Based Marketing: Implement account-based marketing (ABM) and intent-data strategies to improve targeting, increase engagement with high-value prospects, and boost lead quality.
- A/B Testing & Optimization: Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests for marketing campaigns and landing pages.
- Use insights from testing to refine content, targeting, and channel strategies for better performance.
- Campaign Monitoring & Analytics: Monitor campaign performance across all channels.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to track key metrics (impressions, click-through rates, conversion rates, etc.) and provide actionable insights to refine marketing strategies.
-= Pipeline and Lead Management: Improve lead qualification processes by integrating marketing platforms with CRM systems.
- Ensure a smooth hand-off of qualified inbound leads to the sales team and continuously optimize the top-of-funnel to increase sales pipeline velocity.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and revenue operations teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with sales objectives.
- Provide feedback and insights on lead quality and campaign effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Experience: 3-5 years in marketing operations, demand generation, or growth marketing within a B2B tech environment.
- Experience working on campaigns for high-value B2B deals is highly desirable.
- Marketing Platforms: Hands-on expertise with tools like Demandbase (ABM platform), 6sense (intent data platform), Clay (automation or data enrichment tool), Instantly (outbound/email automation), and Sendinblue (email marketing automation).
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new marketing technologies is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively identify optimization opportunities.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
