Director - Enterprise Sales
Job Location - HSR Layout, Bangalore (Work from Office, Mon - Fri)
About Us:
Anakin is a Y-Combinator backed technology company and a competitive pricing intelligence platform for brands and online stores. Anakin sends eCommerce stores and brands the pricing, products and trends data of other similar stores (their competitors) so they can adjust their prices accordingly, fast. We collect web data at scale so that you don't have to. We track and categorize all this data using AI and machine learning.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Execute Sales Strategy:
- Create and implement a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy focused on acquiring international clients mainly targeting the US & EMEA region.
- Identify key target markets and industries for intelligence pricing solutions.
2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in large enterprises, with a focus on international clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of solutions.
3. Market Analysis and Competitor Research:
- Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
- Utilise market insights to refine sales strategies and positioning in the international market.
4. Sales Team Leadership:
- Provide coaching and mentorship to sales representatives to enhance their effectiveness in the international sales landscape.
5. Sales Performance Measurement and Reporting:
- Provide regular reports to executive leadership on sales performance, opportunities, and challenges.
6. Collaboration with Marketing:
- Work with the sales representatives to develop targeted campaigns and materials for international markets.
- Provide input on product positioning based on client feedback and market demand.
7. Contract Negotiation:
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with international clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with the CEO to finalise contracts.
Qualifications:
- Must've experience selling enterprise solutions to international & global clients in IT/Software industry
Experience:
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a focus on international markets.
- Previous experience in handling large ticket-size clients.
