Role Brief: Chief of Staff

As chief of staff, you will be partner directly with the Founder to build & grow Anakin's business in the Pricing Intelligence space. This is a great opportunity if the future you aspire to become an entrepreneur or be an advisor in building a technology/SaaS business from scratch. The vantage point of the role will allow you to be hands-on with:

1. Solving problem statements that directly or indirectly impact the business and execution plan

2. Identify, Assess, and continuously improve key business matrices that impact P&L, Process, People

3. Driving long-term and short-term projects directly impacting the organization's financial and business performance

4. Identifying growth opportunities in business

You will fit in well if you have:

1. Current or Prior experience (2-6 years) of working with/as Founder(s), small and lean team of Early or Mid-sized start-ups

2. Proven track record of solving problem-varied statements of early-stage IT/SaaS companies (preferred)

3. Have a strong bias for execution & derive outcomes

4. Operational rigor to bring synergies between multiple stakeholders and teams
