Position : Manager, Inside Sales (Global)
About Us :
Anabio Technologies Pvt. Ltd is an early-stage startup that has 2 verticals Consumer goods business and
Microbiology (both Bacteriology and Virology) testing services. This is in collaboration with a Swiss based
company, www.Microbe-investigations.com.
A strong candidate who understands and has experience using digital marketing tools to generate leads
and convert lead to sales. Candidate must have a laser like focus on conversion, revenue, and customers.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Lead generation in an unorganized market via Google searches, Industry related forums, LinkedIn etc.
- Create a database of potential clients by scouting online resources in the US and Europe
- Interact with SEO/SEA agency on strategy for lead generation and follow up on leads
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls and emails
- Frequent email campaigns to potential and existing customers. Candidate must have experience with
mass email strategies and tools
- Collaborate with Technology team to create proposals for customers
- Track sales data, analyze trends, pricing strategies, demographics and other information that can
potentially improve marketing and sales performance.
- Must be efficient in communicating and resolving queries from customers or clients about products.
- Understand competitive landscape who are the players, what are their prices, etc.
- Role will require candidate to work primarily with US and European clients. Prior international
experience a must
Educational Qualifications :
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing/Business with Technical inside sales experience or a candidate
with a degree in microbiology/pharmacy/biotechnology with inside sales experience
Work Experience : 3 - 5 years
Skills :
- Should have a good understanding and knowledge of lead generation tools and process.
- Well-versed with data analysis and report writing.
- Excellent Verbal, communication and written English skills.
- Good customer service skills
- Good comprehension and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational and creative thinking skills
- Ability to multitask , prioritize and manage time efficiently.
