Purpose of the role: - Planning, execution and discussion with the auditees as per the approved annual audit plan - Ensure compliance with internal and external requirements - Support in framing internal Control process within the Finance organization. - Responsible for ensuring 100% Balance sheet Reconciliation Primary Responsibilities: - Planning and scoping audit assignments effectively. - Identifying and evaluating process and technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement. - Assist in scoping and conducting internal control processes within the Finance organization. - Assist in completing ICFR audit in the organization. - Conduct inventory audit at tolling locations. - Drive the enforce plus to ensure 100% submission of the compliances across the organization. - Preparation of Financials as per IND AS and US GAAP. - Interact with the auditors and internal stakeholders at Ho/Regions/Plant to ensure smooth start and completion of the audit. - Assist in planning and developing plan for conducting USGAAP audit and ensure completion within defined timeline. - Planning and drive the Statutory audit along with the team. - Responsible for 100% reconciliation of Balance Sheet Accounts. - Ensure quarterly confirmation of all Liability and assets. - Assist in managing inter unit accounting and ensure the correct accounting and Zero balance at the month-end. - Responsible for the reconciliation of Manufacturing Plant Accounting/effective consolidation of accounts in Accounts Module. - Implement new accounting changes and processes at the regions/Plant/HO. - Responsible for monthly scrutiny of Accounting schedules, reconciliations and confirmation. - Validation of monthly accruals. - Assist in analyzing expenses on monthly basis and report the variance analysis - Responsible for the implementation of new changes as per Accounting Standards. - Drive Pan India implementation of automation projects. - Assist in coordinating and implementing new standards at the Affiliate. - Identify risk analysis process and it's mitigation. Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant (Mandatory) &amp; B.Com Experience: 3 - 5 years in handling Statutory/ Internal Audits and compliances.
