Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Brand Manager (Nutrition) with a strong background in FMCG branding. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in conducting market research, developing marketing strategies, executing brand campaigns, and analysing data to drive brand growth. Experience in community building will be a plus.
Responsibilities:
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand the target audience, competitor landscape, and emerging market trends.
- Gather consumer insights through surveys, focus groups, and data analysis to refine branding strategies.
Brand Strategy Development:
- Assist in developing and executing brand strategies, including positioning, messaging, and visual identity guidelines.
- Ensure consistency in brand communication across all touchpoints.
Marketing Campaign Execution:
- Assist in developing content, manage content calendars for campaigns, launches, and ongoing brand communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns.
- Present actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders to enhance brand performance.
Requirements:
- 5 years of branding experience, including 1 to 3 years in content marketing, with strong skills in writing, editing, and storytelling (preferably in the FMCG sector).
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of executing marketing initiatives.
- Proficiency in market research methodologies and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
- Experience in community building is a plus.
