Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Head for our Ampler Technologies a IT Infrastructure Company, who will report directly to the Managing Director. The position is based in our office located in Hyderabad. The candidate should have deep industry knowledge, product knowledge and a ready set of customer contacts. The candidate will be expected to build and run their own team nationwide along with Existing Team. The candidate should be able to immediately generate sales across all different verticals such as Edge computing, Cloud Computing Solutions, Cyber security, VDI Solutions and etc. Compensation is merit-based and will be judged based on the skills, experience and ability of the candidate. We are looking for a candidate with a long-term view as this is a leadership position within the company.
Sales Head Key Responsibilities:
- Minimum 6+ Years of Experience in System integration Solutions & Services/IT Infrastructure Sales & Services.
- Experience on Dealing Networking Solutions, Cyber Security Solutions, Cloud computing, Servers & Storage, Edge computing, Software Sales in the Corporate Sector.
- Managing 15 to 25 members of the team, which includes Sales Engineers/Managers, Inside Sales & team leaders.
- Executive Leadership & Team Management: Overseeing consensus building, teamwork & mentoring. Guiding the team to convert business drivers into practical results like profitable revenue, margin improvement, and satisfied customers
- Managing and growing business with existing customers & ensuring the addition of new potential prospects in the territory.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve the company's goals and objectives.
- Min 6+ years of experience in Sales management,experience in Corporate Sales and B2B Sales.
- Build and manage a high-performance sales team, ensuring that they are motivated, trained, and equipped to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the IT Infrastructure/IT Hardware, including trends, competition, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer requirements are met and that product development is aligned with market needs.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Identify and develop new sales channels and distribution networks to expand market reach.
- Manage sales budgets and forecasts, ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded.
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences.
- Resolve escalated customers issues and customer complaints regarding sales and Service.
- Tracking Sales Team metrics and sharing them with Company Leadership.
