- This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Trainer at our Bengaluru office.
- The Technical Trainer will be responsible for conducting technical training sessions, developing training materials, assessing training needs, and enhancing the technical skills of employees.
- The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment of training programs with business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with Location-in-charge & Team leads to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
- Train New hires end to end and evaluate their abilities to handle the task independently
- Design effective training programs to meet icare and Apple goals
- Prepare training content and assessment question banks fortnightly
- Check process & compliance deviations and identify areas of improvement to train.
- On-job training to front desk executives on selling accessories
- Training on new knowledge base articles
- Repair approvals
- Plan redundancy and train employees on cross functional skills
- Should be willing to deliver training remotely and classroom
