Responsibilities:
- Manage the End to End recruitment and selection Process for the organisation with a view to provide best talent within all Business Units.
- Ensure for Timely closure on recruitment as per the TAT .
- Evaluate Candidate Strength against the position requirements to include Cultural fit with in the business.
- Ensure Recruitment cost is controlled and is in line with the budget
- Drive and explore for Recruitment Sources and activities to attract the best talent .
- Develop good relation with Internal and External Stakeholders.
- Establish a strong employer brand to attract the talent
- Negotiate terms and conditions of employment with candidates , including Salary ,benefits.
- Track , analyse and report on metrics and effectiveness of recruitment programs - Analyse new trends and share best practises.
Desired Profile
- Education: PG in HR with 2+ years of experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have fluent Business English language skills, additional language a plus
- Effective prioritizing and multitasking and a team player.
- Proficient in Recruitment by using Various Source
- Ability to work in fast-paced, changing environment.
