Role Overview:
- As part of AMPIN's Investment/Fundraising team, you will play a critical role in driving the company's equity strategy, managing investor relations, and contributing to the growth of our renewable energy portfolio.
- This position offers significant exposure to the renewable energy sector and the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of equity transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and portfolio management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead equity raising efforts for the company, including strategy development, deal origination, and negotiation of terms.
- Oversee investor relations, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the investment process.
- Conduct thorough due diligence on equity deals and manage transaction closures.
- Identify and execute merger and acquisition opportunities, supporting the company's growth and strategic objectives.
- Manage the company's investment portfolio, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate on strategic business planning to align investment initiatives with long-term company growth.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks, including RBI NBFC and SEBI regulations.
Key Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in equity transactions, particularly within the renewable energy industry.
Education: Full-time MBA in Finance from a reputed institution.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the regulatory frameworks governing financial instruments, including the RBI NBFC framework and SEBI regulations.
Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage investor relations.
- Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams and manage complex transactions.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
