Business Development:
- Reach out to the target Enterprises to position and generate demand for the software product.
Consultation:
- Understand the customer business processes and accordingly position the software product.
- Demonstrate product and product knowledge with the customers.
Sales:
- End-to-end cycle of sales management, including pipeline management, sales process, pilots, customer negotiations, and deal closures.
Customer management:
- Managing key customer relationships, developing multiple channels, optimizing omnichannel sales through a mix of online and offline sales.
Team management:
- Hire and manage a team of growth hackers to meet the sales targets for the company.
Business partner:
- Learn the domain and critical drivers for Growth for the company and partner with various stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver the expected results
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of work experience in Enterprise B2B sales, selling to CxOs.
- Curiosity to learn, ambition to progress, creativity to innovate, and the willingness to go that extra mile to achieve unprecedented success. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to assess market trends, growth possibilities, and areas of concern
- Sound knowledge and hands-on experience in revenue generation. Graduate/MBA from a reputed institute
