Manager - Sales & Marketing
- Amlgo Labs is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Manager to lead business development initiatives in Global Captive Centers (GCCs) and large enterprises.
- This role demands a 70% focus on sales and a 30% exposure to analytics, particularly in the banking and automobile industries within the IT sector.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consultative and solution-based selling, specializing in advanced analytics, AI, ML, and data science services.
- They will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing deals with key decision-makers in industries such as BFSI, automobile, CPG, retail, e-commerce, aviation, telecom, and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients, understanding their analytics needs and business challenges.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to generate leads, drive pipeline growth, and achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct comprehensive client discovery, qualification, and needs assessment to offer tailored solutions.
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle, including presentations, negotiations, and deal closures with CXOs, VPs, and Directors.
- Collaborate with internal technical SMEs and other teams to craft compelling proposals, case studies, and sales collateral.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive movements to refine sales approaches and ensure market differentiation.
- Represent Amlgo Labs at industry events, conferences, and webinars to build relationships and expand brand presence.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on analytics, data science, AI/ML solutions.
- Proven ability to close large enterprise and GCC deals in India.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Expertise in the banking and automobile industries within the IT sector.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures and engage key decision-makers.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently across India to meet clients and drive business growth.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
