Senior Manager - Business Development - KPO (Client Accounting)


- Responsible for the financial growth of client accounting and related services to be provided from India.

- The role will look for new business opportunities (KPO like services) for offshore clients, foreign clients investing in India and Indian clients for their global needs.

- These services need to be beyond basic accounting or book keeping services currently offered by our CAD team in India. Innovative, entrepreneurial go getter with proven results required.

- While the role includes production, measurable business development is key. In addition, liaison with Sales Officers across Amicorp as another means to promote and grow CAD services from Bangalore is expected.

- Work closely with the production team managers to ensure that quality of work, staffing and ability to deliver services from the CAD matches market potential.

- Conduct extensive business development activities, design marketing plans and be responsible for the commercial growth of CAD Bangalore.

- In other words this role is responsible for new business from new business from new clients and existing clients.

- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing managed and non-managed portfolios to identify additional CAD service offerings.

- Identify new opportunities with corporates clients who can benefit from existing and new CAD services offered from Bangalore.

- Derive a relevant, practical and achievable revenue growth goal and financial target for CAD Bangalore.

- Partner with team managers of CAD to plan, coordinate, develop skills and prioritize the activities and workload of the CAD to align with existing and new business growth goals.

- Participate in the evaluation of the departments commercial success.

- Ensure financial success for self with financial targets;

- Lead business development activities and marketing plan with key clients across all jurisdictions that have growth potential.


- Engage KPO services team appropriately as with key sales officers.


DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE


- Experience in Sales / Business Development.


- Functional knowledge of accounting and related services. Strong corporate tax, corporate law background, solid understanding of BEPS, CRS, FATCA, CFC and international taxation will be added advantage.


- Proven work experience of selling such services to individuals and corporates while meeting or exceeding commercial target set for oneself


- Background of corporate tax, solid understanding of BEPS, CRS, FATCA, CFC and international taxation required.


- Functional knowledge of MS office suite of tools required (2007 and above).


- Exposure to RFP/ RFI, ABC/Costing for accounting/financial services is necessary.


- Qualified Chartered Accountant with experience in Sales will be added advantage.
