Job Profile :
- Salary benchmarking- Work with other Consultants to create salary benchmarks for the organization. Keep these benchmarks updated based on other sources of information like market intelligence, discussion with TA Team etc.
- Developing and implementing new compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures.
- Design and own benefits for organization with relevant vendors/stakeholders.
- Design and own the Sales Compensation with variable pay/sales commissions etc in discussion with leadership
- Design Executive Compensation scheme in collaboration with consultants
- Manage other compensation elements like ESOPS, Long term incentive program etc
- Preparing Budgets, Reports and Dashboard and ensure adherence and relevant analytics
- Identify industry defining C&B policies and practices and explain them to the top management and implement them
Ideal candidate persona :- MBA from a premier institute with 4-8 years experience
- Experience in working in similar setup with Wealth creation/ ESOP programs is essential
- Good Analytical and Communication skills
- Good Stakeholder management skills
