This is a key position responsible for International Rewards Accounting and Reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible to

- Ensure the accuracy of the MR Liability and Rewards Expense which involves evaluation and oversight of the key drivers of the MR financials (i.e. point activity and model-based redemption rates and costs per point)

- Monthly rewards reporting and associated communications including ad hoc analysis and other reporting requirements associated with International MR.

- The incumbent must have the ability to work on multiple assignments under strict deadlines and shall be able to among other things maintain close contact with customer / business partners.

- The incumbent would be required to consistently understand and exceed customer requirements whilst ensuring effective teamwork at all times.

- The incumbent will be required to actively lead and participate in standardization and continuous improvement initiatives as well as other business partner initiatives.

This role may be subject to additional background verification checks.

Qualifications:

- CA/CPA with minimum 7 years of post qualification experience. Must have good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact with Management & Business Partners at all levels

- Proven analytical skills and accounting skills

- Ability to Challenge the Status Quo; Strong communication and relationship skills

- Good understanding of SOX, Operational Risk and/or Audit

- Knowledge of Membership Rewards or the loyalty industry is a plus.
