Head - Digital Marketing [ DGM Level ] - Candidates from E-commerce company required
- Drive and implement revenue generating online initiatives including SEO/SEM/PPC, Affiliate Marketing, Display, Facebook etc.
- Analyze keywords, ad copy, bidding strategies and landing page URLs to maximize results, drive volume, and reach company targets.
- Proactively create forecasts, identify trends and create models to predict and improve performance across all campaigns/channels.
- Manage tracking, reporting and analysis of campaigns with the goal of improving overall campaign performance.
- Provide daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly activity, efficiency and management reports; including presenting weekly status updates.
- Overseeing the social media strategy for the company.
- Perform additional analysis and provide business insights as needed
- Recognize product opportunities through competitive research and testing that promote additional revenue, user engagement and traffic streams.
- Leverage quantitative and qualitative skills to drive data-driven decisions.
- Set-up, manage, analyze and drive winning campaigns.
- Constant campaign success and budget controlling, using relevant KPI's.
- Preparation of reports, statistics, and presentations.
- Systematic identification of new marketing strategies.
Desired Skills:
- 7 -11 years of experience, E-commerce marketing and retail experience required
- Should have team handling capabilities as well as should be hands on across gamut of marketing activities (SEO/ SEM/ PPC/ Google Adword/ Viral marketing/ Facebook, Affiliate Marketing, retargeting etc.).
- Should have managed agencies handling Digital (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Display Ads, Retargeting, Mobile Marketing).
- Experience with Web Analytics software such as Google Analytics & Omniture
- Experience working with search engine management tools and/or agencies preferred.
- Complete understanding of all Performance Marketing metrics including CPC, CPA, CPM etc.
