American Express - Service Delivery Leader - Payment Business & Systems

Job Description :

Incumbent will be responsible to strategize and drive improvement opportunities in control review standards for payment operations.

- Successful candidate will be responsible to driving efficiencies and standardization for controls within Quality review process.

- He will lead discussions with various risk team, auditors, business partners / users to enable minimization of risk in the process and improve efficiency.

- Redefine payments review process

- Ensure completeness and comprehensiveness of audit plans

- Interact with business partners to identify gaps in process and fix them proactively

- Review data / process to identify opportunities to improve controls around payments/recovery

- Strategize development of quality standards to drive consistency

- Perform root cause analysis of risk events as an input to the development of preventive controls

- Globalize learnings across processes to improve quality /efficiency of reviews and timely remediation of issues

- Manage Risk Control Matrix testing and controls

Qualifications : Advanced degree preferred (MBA/Chartered Accountant/Post Graduate) with atleast 6 years of work experience in an internal control, risk management and audit.
