Job Description :
- Partner Payment Strategy is recently formed to improve B2B payments across American express.
- The Manager for Partner Payment Strategy will be responsible for supporting the team in designing and implementing the end to end Point of Arrival partner payments operational process to enable delivery excellence and sustainable solutions.
- The successful candidate will have strong analytics, process design, and project implementation experience with ability to proactively drive results.
- This is an outstanding opportunity in a high visibility role and would be responsible for identifying impactful business questions and interact with business stakeholders, while working and effectively supporting the Director proactively.
- They will synthesize relevant data and prior Learning to create high quality recommendations to present to senior leaders.
Qualifications :
- Six Sigma Certification
- Strong proven capability on process mapping
- Strong excel skills and analytical mindset -proven ability to work with large data sets
- Ability to build story behind numbers and be able to develop correlation across various data sets
- Strong self-starter with an ability to navigate successfully through ambiguity
- Commitment to organizational goals proven through successful delivery of tasks in support of strategic priorities
- Experience in Project Management & implementation would be preferred
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills with proven ability to present simple solutions to complex data
- Proven ability to proactively look and think ahead, going beyond obvious project needs
- Shared/Financial Services experience preferred
