Job Description: - E2E ownership &amp; accountability of Management Reporting process at an AXP/Segment/ Regional/Market/LOB level - Ensure high level integrity of the P&amp;L through effective close control activities to maintain high accuracy and productivity standards. Assess the balance of the year Segment P&amp;L outlook by timely identification of risks &amp; opportunities - Detailed review of the P&amp;L along with variance analytics, trend analysis and commentary to cater to diverse customer requirements. Basis results analysis, candidate should be able to assess 'balance of the year' risks &amp; opportunities of the segment P&amp;L - Ensure that all deadlines are continually met and adequate controls are maintained over the processes - Perform pro-active root cause analysis on financial variances and link back to business events - Ensure compliance with the prevailing policies and procedures - Lead in-house projects &amp; active participation in cross functional projects - Drive &amp; develop relevant reporting of Financial Statements with supporting analysis to cater to diverse customer requirements - Pro-active engagement to drive process improvement and address any service deficiencies - Work collaboratively and efficiently with all internal partners and stakeholders, to ensure alignment and prioritization of goals - Partner with the LFO teams for continuous engagement and provide innovative solutions that deliver value to the business Skills Set: - Exceptional problem solving, planning and analytical skills to facilitate and focus on continuous improvement and innovation - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to interact independently with senior business partners / customers - Strong results orientation, project management, collaboration and co-ordination abilities - Support in strategic and analytical thinking with experience in working in a global environment - A self starter to bring innovative thoughts in day to day process enhancement - Strong ability to resolve Customer issues and effectively address service situations - Shared services environment awareness in global context - Work effectively within a team environment as well as independently - Knowledge of Company Policies, Businesses, Finance processes and Systems (Oracle, BIEE, TM1, Axiom etc) is desirable Familiarity with US GAAP and financial accounting experience is preferred Qualification:- - Chartered Accountant / MBA from reputed institute with 3-5 years of experience - Reporting and analysis experience will be a distinct advantage - Must be proficient in MS Applications such as Word, Excel and Power-point Be flexible to operate in different time zones to troubleshoot user queries and issues Industry Type - Finance The Apply Button will redirect you to website.
