It imperative we build the brand and drive awareness, consideration, preference and loyalty amongst the universe of potential and existing CM through a strong communication and media plan. Amex India is looking for a Assistant Marketing Manager- Communication planning to build the brand leveraging the products and services we have to offer. Responsibilities: 1. Lead, Manage and deliver the digital marketing mandate across social media and owned assets ( MYCA and APP) 2. Lead conversation with the stakeholders in planning and finalizing of the monthly digital marketing calendar 3. Propose data driven digital marketing calendars which will drive specific KPIs ( Acquisition, Increased Billings and MGM) 4. Define the social media creative strategy for acquisition and existing card members across products 5. Work with the social media agency to draw up the social media calendar and deliver on the creatives across social channels 6. Execute the creative strategy, in line with the brand and product guidelines and deliver effective campaigns across digital touchpoints 7. Publish the campaign media reports Experience : - 5-7 years of work experience in digital communication - Digital experience is a must Minimum Qualifications Academic Background: - Graduate MBA Is an advantage Functional Skills/Capabilities: 1 Ability to conceptualize and implement digital campaigns independantly 2. Experience in digital creative brief writing and development is critical 3. Excellent execution skills 4. Should have strong project management skills 5. Should have good communication skills and influencing skills and should be a self-starter, Technical Skills/Capabilities: - Digital marketing experience - Knowledge of Platforms Behavioral Skills/Capabilities: - Should be passionate about digital and stays excited about working with a diverse set of people.
