Job Description :   Team Description :  - The Subpoena Response Unit (SRU) is responsible for responding to all subpoenas/ legal requests received by American Express in the US. SRU falls under the Strategy and Support arm of GSN (Global Servicing Network) within American Express.   - Currently the team is primarily based in the US with a very small footprint in India.   - This is a very critical role that will play strategic part in increasing the scope of work of the team, improving processes and expanding the India footprint.   Job Responsibilities :   - Lead strategic planning for process improvements and development of new technical infrastructure and capabilities.   - Lead new and ongoing projects and serve as the liaison between SRU and Technical development teams.  - Lead process migration initiatives.   - Develop and drive the MIS capabilities to measure and monitor the performance of the team (dashboards/ scorecards/UPH)   - Drive various projects by participating in concept development, capturing requirements, designing and participating in product testing, and completing required communication including end-user training  - Drive reengineering targets, customer experience enhancements, and adherence to compliance and regulatory mandates  - Serve as a point of contact for SRU when there are issues with the Amex systems used by SRU and work with Technical Development/ Production Support teams to fix the issues.   - Develop process flows and identify control points.   - Establish a project management office (PMO)  - This is an individual contributor role with a potential to be a people leader role as we expand the India footprint.   Qualifications :  - Proven Project Management skills   - Strong data management/analysis skills   - Strong communication/relationship skills   - Ability to conceptualize ideas and opportunities   - Display strong Customer Focus and Operational expertise   - Sound knowledge of American Express Footprint & Operations   - Strong financial and business acumen  - Ability to work across business lines and different time zones   - Ability to work in a fast evolving and/or changing environment   - Prior transition / migration / strategy experience/ project management experience is highly preferred   - Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and collaborate to drive decisions   - Strong presentation skills and hands on experience on MS-Office including MS Access   - Strong knowledge of American Express Operations   - Strong communication and collaborations skills   - Knowledge of MS Access and SQL programming language/ willingness to learn   - Prior Six-Sigma /Green Belt experience is helpful.   - Graduate or equivalent with at-least 5 years of post-qualification experience.  Job type : Full Time  Industry Type : Operations   The Apply Button will redirect you to website.
