American Express - Product Manager - Lending

- Develop product strategies, establish business plans & lead initiatives to grow the American Express Consumer Credit card business in India.

- Deliver on key business drivers like enhancing product value propositions, billings, customer average spends, portfolio quality, New Cards.

- Work on the key Lending initiatives for the portfolio to ensure profitable accounts receivable and fee charge revenue growth.

- Collaborate with Sales/Acquisition teams on various Product-Sales initiatives to drive portfolio growth.

- Work with other teams and business managers to optimize overall Blue Box business growth, cultivate cross sell opportunities to deepen customer relationships.

- Interface with multiple functions such as Operations, Finance, Legal and Compliance to resolve issues related to the product.

- Work closely with New Product Development team to launch new products and to enhance current products.

- Track competition closely and launch best-in-class features on Amex products
