Responsibilities :
- Deliver Behavior and Soft Skills Training across various levels of the organization ~180 sessions in an year on different behaviors (about 2 - 4 hrs)
- Work in collaboration with Leaders to determine & analyze Training needs. Prioritize, evolve and deliver on training programs mapped to business priorities and organization competencies
- Leverage multiple training methodologies to impact learning - Instructor Led, Web Based training, video, Mobile learning, and Self Directed Learning
- Scheduling training programs / events, developing and publishing
- Design & deploy measurement tools to gauge Training effectiveness
- Surveys, Group Discussions
- Creates Practice Toolkits to provide support to implement Development practices / initiatives post the session.
Utilize project management techniques to prioritize efforts and ensure high-quality execution in a dynamically changing environment
- Design and Execute Program / Sessions in discussion with External Vendors
- Coordinating post delivery program activities, monitoring and tracking training data and reporting MIS. - Partnering with other functions to drive organization wide initiatives on Employee Engagement
Qualifications Required :
Graduate/PG with 7-9 years of relevant Employee Development experience, Facilitation (Preferably certified trainers), Content Creation with excellent Presentation Creation and Giving Skills
- Relevant Experience in Behavior and Soft Skills Training across various levels of the Organization
- Ability to transform complex information into effective learning tools and communications by applying adult learning theory, change management methodology, and instructional design principles as per business requirement.
- Strong consulting skills on learning and development trends to be able to design content and deliver in these disruptive times. High result orientation
- Have analytical bend of mind and should be able to design and execute dashboards to report progress, results etc
- Good project management skills - Understanding of Org Behavior and Org Development dynamics
Communication : Possesses strong written and oral communication and capable of tailoring mails/conversations/ presentations to have credible influence and impact at various levels
- Good interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills
- Certification on any of the psychometric tools like Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI) will be an added advantage.
