Strategy and Insights:
Development, review and/or execution of economic logic & analytical solutions to drive profitable credit or fraud business actions throughout customer lifecycle.

- Drive billing, revenue growth and profitability through advanced analytical techniques
- Analyze large amounts of data to derive business insights and create innovative solutions
- Leverage the power of closed loop through Amex network to make decisions more intelligent and relevant
- Maximize business returns by institutionalizing efficient and accurate models.
- Innovate Modeling Techniques and Variable creation
- Ensure Modeling Accuracy and enhance modeling efficiency in existing processes using Machine Learning
- High Partner & Project management exposure. Projects would require active collaboration with multiple stake holders across geographies
- Strong acumen to review unstructured/new data and create innovative data attributes to enhance existing models
- Understanding of credit card segment is a plus

Minimum Qualifications:
Qualifications - External
Experience:
4-8 years' experience in analytics, big data workstreams. Past people leadership experience is a plus.
Academic Background:
MBA, Master's Degree in Economics, Statistics, Computer Science Or Related Fields From Top Tier Institute

- Expertise in Coding, Algorithm, High Performance Computing
- Unsupervised and supervised techniques -: Neural models, Decision trees, reinforcement learning, graphical models, Gaussian processes, Bayesian models, Map Reduce techniques, attribute engineering, machine learning and deep learning.
