Job Description : Key Responsibilities : Drive digital acquisition through affiliate channel within defined Cost of Acquisition by : - Ensuring regular interaction/follow up with affiliates assigning month-on-month targets. - Identifying optimal customer touch points to reach target audience - Collaborating with Internal Risk team to come up with relevant surrogate listing to maximize eligible audience - Encouraging end-to-end application closure through affiliates - Identifying innovative ways to bring cost efficiency in the system - Initiating exclusive distribution partnerships with partners across multiple category/sectors - Telecom, eCommerce - Food ordering &amp; retail, Travel, Cab rides, etc. - Driving Lead Generation through mutual synergies using various communication channels like - Purchase Path Integration, email/sms, direct mailers - End-to-End campaign planning from go-to market strategy to driving lead generation &amp; final closure. - Working closely with internal teams - Merchant Services, Partnerships &amp; CMO etc. Coordinating with external media agencies to identify/drive more partners for acquisition campaigns. - Optimize campaigns/partners to ensure meeting the lead delivery target set month-on-month. - Work with internal teams - Telecalling center, salesforce etc to drive maximum conversions &amp; throughput. Qualifications : Required Qualifications : - Strong end customer focus. - This role requires a lot of Innovation and out of box thinking abilities.
