Job Description :  American Express :   - Travel & Lifestyle Services Analytics team in GOA has grown significantly in the last few years. It provides significant analytical and reporting support to T&LS stakeholders in US and 23 international markets.  - The successful candidate will be part of Performance Management team within GOA Analytics team and will be primarily responsible for providing reporting support for International markets.  Responsibilities :   - Drive continuous Data management improvement process on iBank & Travel optics platform and implement quality controls to strengthen data governance   - Support EPD international expansion for all TLS international markets  - Generate and deliver best in class analytics and reporting solutions to support Performance Management monthly reporting process & also business transformation initiatives   - Create timely reports and work on adhoc analysis  - Collaborate closely with Business Frontline team to drive business performance through analytics by developing actionable Performance Management consultant level insights to improve RTF, Revenue & CST   - Candidate will leverage information using different tools such as Tableau, Travel Optics, Access to create dashboards and drive insights   - Drive performance reporting automation   - Contest reporting support for front-line travel team   - This role may be subject to additional background verification checks  Qualifications :   The Person should hold a Master / Bachelor Degree with 3-6 years of overall experience and 3 years of related domain in Business Analysis.  - Ability to leverage technology to solve for reporting needs  - Advanced Excel, Access, Tableau, Power Point & VBA is preferred  - Experience in creating Tableau Dashboard preferred   - Strong Communication Skills, Team Player and Ability to navigate through a matrix environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously without close supervision  - Proven ability to work with global stakeholders   - Open to work any shift between 8:30 am to 8:00 pm window (Mostly fixed shifts but should be flexible to meet needs of the Business)   - Self-starter with ability to execute with Minimal Direction and strong attention to Detail   Language : English  Job type : Full Time  Industry Type : Travel   The Apply Button will redirect you to website.
