As part of the GSCS HR Global Service Delivery organization, a Shared Services team has been created to provide HR document management solutions and strategies globally for American Express. This HR Service Delivery Leader is responsible for managing and coordinating the GSD Shared Services team who are responsible global HR administrative activities regarding HR Document digitization as well as continuous improvement and other digitization related work.   The role is expected to do the following :   - Provide thought leadership to Manage day to day activities of a team of 5 individuals (B28 and B30). Manage developmental opportunities and keep the team focused and motivated   - Work independently and make decisions as required on running the operations team   - Enable process and business efficiencies - Identify opportunities for process improvement, collaborate and influence HR partners to adopt and optimally use the end to end document management capabilities   - Provide leadership to troubleshoot and manage escalations by working across businesses or vendor partners   - Participate in other local or global projects as required to deliver on overall GSCS/HR business goals   - Use PeopleDoc to store electronic files appropriately and produce accurate personnel letters and forms.  - Ensure HR administrative operations are properly delivered in compliance with our processes, legal requirements and SLA's   - Maintain knowledge of HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and Market HR requests regarding document management.   This role may be subject to additional background verification checks.  Qualifications :   University degree in HR, business, or equivalent professional experience.  - A clear understanding of what exceptional customer service looks like.   - Ability to work in a multi-market environment with varied cultural dynamics   - Strong analytical and reporting skills.   - Ability to be flexible in a collaborative work environment.  - Strong time management with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.  - Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office related products (Excel, PowerPoint, especially Visio, etc)   - Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.   - Ability to work in a demanding international environment  Job type - Full Time  Industry Type - Human Resources   The Apply Button will redirect you to website.
