American Express - Financial Analyst

This position will be a part of the Financial Reporting Cluster. It will primarily support the External Reporting function and will be part of Regulatory Reporting team. These quarterly/monthly filings report certain financial and non-financial information in accordance with the applicable Federal Reserve and other authoritative guidance at both the Consolidated American Express Co. and at the subsidiary legal entity levels.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Preparation of the regulatory filings and supporting documentation/tie outs.

2. Complete regulatory reporting checklists and the external auditors' review, where required.

3. Work closely with various SME and External Reporting leaders to receive required deliverables.

4. Support team response to inquiries of (i) Federal Reserve related to the regulatory filings; and (ii) other regulatory & reporting related inquiries from internal and external groups.

5. Special projects as needed, including enhancing policies and procedures around the regulatory reporting process.
