Job Description : This position is within the Global Supply Management (GSM) products and capabilities team responsible for the strategy and delivery of digital capabilities including, Robotics, machine learning, mobile and related technology. This is a great opportunity to drive digital strategy for the procurement organization that can be leveraged across other shared service processes. This role will drive innovation in GSM bringing new capabilities to improve operational efficiency and customer experience. This leader will lead a team with technical and business-facing responsibilities and will work closely with GSM category, third party risk and operations teams along with internal and external technology teams to provide best in class digital capabilities Specific responsibilities include: - Strategy and implementation of capabilities to enable digital procurement organization - Bring emerging technology to life including Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning based chatbots, Robotics/RPA and other to improve operational efficiency in end to end source to pay and supplier risk management process - Industry research on emerging technology, product evaluation and buy vs build analysis - Work with internal and external technology partners through agile to bring innovation to production - Building and maintaining collaborative relationships with enterprise technology partners and GSM business teams - Leads product managers and service delivery managers to translate product roadmap into a product backlog of well-defined epics and features for a product or suite of Products with appropriate acceptance criteria - Deployment of capabilities and maintenance and prioritization of features/backlogs Qualifications Overall 10+ years of experience including at least 4 years of relevant experience in the following areas: - Product development, complex system deployments, system/platform support and operations. - Hands-on experience in emerging technology including AI, machine learning, mobile development and process automation tools - Proven track record of turning new technologies into business solutions. - Track record of successful innovation and transformational thinking, risk taking and ability to create step function change. - Strong track record in leading and managing business transformation projects from business concept through technology implementation. This includes in-depth business, analytic and technical acumen, to lead a global program across all phases. - Expert written and verbal communication skills - ability to translate complex topics into communications suitable for all audiences (both technical and non-technical audiences). - Direct people leadership experience with demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a highly engaged team with diverse advanced skill-sets - Ability to drive change in a highly consensus driven culture through strong thought leadership and respected relationship management skills to influence across a matrixed organization - Knowledge of industry, strategy, financial/business operations, cost management and regulatory requirements required. - Broad strategic thinking and thought leadership with demonstrated ability to understand the details with the ability to balance current needs (tactical) with longer term imperatives. - Ability to think innovatively and entrepreneurially about business solutions. - Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Information Management, Engineering or a related field plus two to three years of experience in emerging technologies - Experience must include strong problem solving and analytical skills (data analysis, architecture analysis, reporting) and exceptional project management (drive multiple priorities concurrently) - Experience with rapid and iterative software development methodologies Job type- Full Time Industry Type - Digital Commerce The Apply Button will redirect you to website.
