Job Description :   Job Description :   This position is within the Global Servicing Network (GSN) MIS & Analytics COE team based out of Gurgaon. GSN MIS & Analytics team is the single point of contact for all GSN information needs and Big Data strategy. This role is to drive a multi-year strategy to build information consumption capabilities on Big Data platform, expose the servicing information assets to teams within & outside of GSN and lead GSN servicing analytics and insights. This leader will lead a team with technical and business-facing responsibilities and will work closely with GSN Business and Big Data teams to provide best in class/next gen MIS and Analytical Solutions.   Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:   - Centrally manage and prioritize end to end transformational initiatives supporting information needs through insights reporting and analytics   - Addressing need for data and analytics across GSN - partnering with REE and other teams to identify and deliver on broader data needs   - Providing training and onboarding of GSN resources from all skill levels facilitating democratization of data and information assets   - Test and leverage new and emerging analytics tools and capabilities especially in the Big Data space   - Building and maintaining collaborative relationships with GSN Business teams, Big Data Governance & capabilities teams and AET partners   This role may be subject to additional background verification checks.   Qualifications:   The incumbent must possess :  Overall 10+ years of experience including at least 5 years of relevant experience in the following areas :   - Project management skills, and ability to identify and translate business information needs into insights and information cubes for ease of consumption in reporting and analytics   - Hands-on experience in advanced information management and consumption using SQL, SAS and related tools   - Advanced knowledge of statistical techniques and ability to build and deploy complex algorithms   - Knowledge of key Amex production and information systems preferred   - Direct people leadership experience with demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a highly engaged team with diverse advanced skill-sets   - Proven thought leadership, strong communication, relationship and conflict management skills   Job type : Full Time  Industry Type : Operations   The Apply Button will redirect you to website.
