Function Description -&nbsp; This is an exciting position on the Servicing Capabilities team in Gurgaon. We currently deliver nearly 2 billion communications each year to our customers, and this is an opportunity to lead the team of product owners and communications developers who work with key stakeholders across the Enterprise to deliver communications journeys for our Customers. The team is focused on deploying new use cases and enhancing our existing suite of servicing communications, ensuring we always balance business outcomes with strong customer experience. Purpose of the Role -&nbsp; We are looking for a candidate that is able to effectively manage competing demands on a high-volume Enterprise platform, partner effectively with Engineering teams, manage a Scaled Agile team, lead people, and collaborate with cross-functional partners and stakeholders to deliver high quality communications, efficiently and effectively. The Director, Communications Delivery will partner closely with the Communications Platform Product Management team to identify new capabilities and features for the platform roadmap that will ensure we can meet evolving customer expectations and the full range of servicing communications use cases and strategic initiatives across the Enterprise. Responsibilities -&nbsp; As a leader of this team, you will be responsible for: - Running a large scale delivery and change management environment that must meet the needs of many stakeholders across all markets and LoBs - Managing an intake process for Enterprise-wide demand management with a nimble E2E process from discovery through delivery - Leading an Agile Release Train with a combination of Scrum and Kanban delivery teams, following a mature Agile SAFe framework - Leading a group of Product Managers, Product Owners and Communications Delivery professionals responsible for delivering on communications initiatives across Enterprise - Playing a strategic role in defining and designing new Communications journeys in collaboration with business requesters and stakeholders across the Enterprise, ensuring clear alignment of approach, customer experience and outcomes - Partnering with Communications Product Management and Technologies teams to identify opportunities to introduce and enhance solutions, capabilities or features that will support new business strategies or improve the customer experience - Driving a high performance culture focused on Collaboration and Customer Experience through strong leadership and effectively inspiring, motivating, and influencing teams and individuals. - Excellent written, verbal, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, and ability to work with all levels Critical Factors to Success: - Large scale delivery - Executive communication skills - Relationship management - Large team management Qualifications Past Experience: - Product or Capabilities - Technology or Engineering - Business Rules or Operations Academic Background: Functional Skills/Capabilities: - Exceptional ability to think strategically and analytically, including experience defining and setting strategy - Passionate customer advocate with distinguished ability to identify and meet customer needs - Strong interest and comfort with technology and experience with technology platforms - Strong understanding of Scaled Agile Framework and Agile methodologies - Exceptional verbal, written and executive communications skills - Experienced people leader - Strong project management skills with a focus on flawless execution and pragmatic solutions - Proven ability to build collaborative, trusting cross-functional relationships - High degree of comfort, agility and resilience in a fast-paced dynamic, changing environment, and influencing and negotiating skills - Experienced in Communications a plus Technical Skills/Capabilities: - Experience, training, and/or certification in Agile SAFe - Experience working in Communications HTML, REACT, software delivery Knowledge of Platforms: Thunderhead, SMART, Other Behavioral Skills/Capabilities: Enterprise Leadership Behaviors - Set The Agenda: Define What Winning Looks Like, Put Enterprise Thinking First, Lead with an External Perspective - Bring Others With You: Build the Best Team, Seek &amp; Provide Coaching Feedback, Make Collaboration Essential - Do It The Right Way: Communicate Frequently, Candidly &amp; Clearly, Make Decisions Quickly &amp; Effectively, Live the Blue Box Values, Great&nbsp;Leadership Demands Courage- Job type- Permanent Industry Type - Digital Commerce The Apply Button will redirect you to website.
