Job brief:   The Commercial New Accounts Strategy team is responsible for developing and implementing Underwriting Strategies for prospects and customers across all proprietary markets. The incumbent will be responsible for working closely with market Chief Credit Officers, decision science team and technology teams to develop, implement, monitor and manage underwriting strategies across markets. The incumbent will be primarily responsible for:   1. Developing profitable cross sell strategies, underwriting criteria for both card and non card products   2. Contributing to the overall New Accounts underwriting strategy for international markets. Partnering with multiple business partners to develop and implement underwriting strategies for new products.   3. Partnering with multiple business partners to implement next generation New Account Decision Capabilities for e.g. GCAP etc. The incumbent will be responsible for providing strong thought leadership working in partnership will multiple partners across the globe.   Qualification:   1. Background in Commercial risk strategy is preferred   2. Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships, communicate effectively and lead through influence and direct management - with the purpose of driving change and delivering outcomes   3. Demonstrated strong performance in his/her current role   4. Strong leadership and proven results oriented and problem solving skills   5. Strong project management and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple business priorities  6. Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills and ability to interface at all levels.  #NOLI
