Come join us and realize your potential. - This is an exciting opportunity to join the Global Communications Capabilities team within the Global Servicing Network at American Express.&nbsp; - The successful candidate will be responsible for the product ownership activities associated with the complex Global Communications platform which handles over 1.5 billion communications each year with our customers.&nbsp; - This is an opportunity to be the liaison between the Business and Technology, understanding the medium/long term business roadmap and partnering with technologies to determine the impact of that strategy on servicing communications and the Global Communications Capabilities. Responsibilities include: - Supporting business requestors with the communications capabilities engagement process, and finalize the business needs to be groomed with agile teams - Providing guidance to Business Process Owners on following the Communication standards and Branding guidelines - Creating, managing and prioritizing Portfolio priorities (Initiatives/Features/Epics) in Rally backlog - Partnering with Technical Team to further groom features and user stories as needed to fit into a PI (Program Increment) - Prioritizing Initiatives/Features for a given Program Increment on behalf of EPIC owner (business requester) - Partnering with Technical Team and System Architects to complete grooming of user stories. - Participating in various Agile/SAFe ceremonies - Ensuring Operational Readiness of the features being delivered for each PI - Accepting stories on behalf of business and providing UAT / Release testing sign-off for the release artifacts. Qualifications Required Skills/Qualifications: - Proven ability to build collaborative, trusting cross-functional relationships - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Experience working with Agile development methodologies and Agile transformation (PMI-ACP / CSPO / CSM certifications is preferred). - Product management experience - High degree of comfort, agility and resilience in a fast-paced dynamic, changing environment - Passionate customer advocate with distinguished ability to identify and meet customer needs - Influencing and negotiating skills - Strong interest and comfort with technology and experience with technology platforms Preferred Additional: - Bachelors or Masters- degree or equivalent work experience - Strong understanding of one or more of business processes (such as: Global Disputes Management system and processes / Global New Accounts system and processes / Global Communications Capability) is preferred.
