Function Description: Business Analyst, GMS Insights &amp; Analytics Purpose of the Role: Global Network Services(GNS) Analytics team provides data-driven insights that inform Cardmember and Merchant acquisition, spend and engagement strategies for key GNS partners Responsibilities: - Design, Develop and Enhance Predictive modeling capabilities to optimize targets for acquisition and spend engagement strategies - Work closely with the Business partners to ensure the execution of strategies as per expectation - Track and Generate insights for strategies and develop ways to incorporate insights into future targeting - Use automation to enable team initiatives to be more scalable Critical Factors to Success: - Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and measurement - Experience with experimental test design, modeling techniques, and data mining - Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and influence strategy. - Ability to prioritize and deliver work within a deadline-driven climate - Team player with demonstrated ability in collaborating across the organization - Self-starter with the ability to drive results.
