Position Overview :


- We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team.


- The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging AI solutions to enhance project management processes and will possess exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.


- As a CRM, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Location : Delhi NCR

Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients in the real estate industry.

- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests.

- Understand clients' project management challenges and offer tailored solutions using our AI-based consultancy services.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to clients' needs and objectives.

- Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups to assess client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand client accounts.

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide strategic insights to clients.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred).

- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Client Relationship Manager or similar role, preferably in the real estate or consultancy industry.

- Strong understanding of project management principles and processes.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels of an organization.

- Familiarity with AI technologies and their applications in project management is a plus.

- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
