Job Description - Product Manager

The "Product Manager for Mobile Accessories will focus on driving the product architecture, design, development and placement of the Company products range within the different Marketplace of India. Develop and communicate the product vision and business strategy to key internal partners including; Design, Sourcing, Purchasing, Logistics, Brand Marketing, Sales and the Executive Team. Build a comprehensive Accessories assortment to support both D2C and Wholesale annual financial targets; sales and profit.

Job Responsibilities:


- Develop and implement the product strategy and roadmap for the Company product category through a detailed understanding of the market, brand positioning, competitive landscape, and customer needs to ensure continued growth.

- Build and maintain the product assortment plan by category and channel to ensure internal alignment based on current market trends and needs of the business.

- Partner with Global Product Teams to remain relevant and informed on category offerings, innovation, and product development advancements.

- Assist the Sales Team during key account visits - present the product architecture and vision to the Buyers.

- Create and utilize product development packages to be used by the Ambrane.

- Review and comment on project samples developed from the product development package.

Experience:

- 3-5 years of product experience, through product marketing or purchasing.

- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage and drive multiple projects, hitting key deadlines throughout the product development process.

- Strong communication skills, verbal and written, ability to clearly present brand, business and product direction to key customers and key internal teams.

- Exceptional level of detail maintaining the product development architecture and line plan, maintain alignment with all key internal partners throughout the development process and product life cycle.

- Comprehensive understanding of market and category trends, and the competitive landscape in relation to the Accessory Category.

- Ability to develop strong working relationships and create influence with key internal and external partners - work in collaboration with team members to move at a fast pace in order to capitalize on market/ business opportunities

- Results focused with a strong sense of urgency.
